Rep. Eli Crane, who represents Arizona’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of brief statements on his social media account on August 29, 2025.

In one post at 15:10 UTC, Crane wrote, ” https://t.co/26r88DicvG”. Later that day at 16:14 UTC, he posted another message stating, “Smart https://t.co/idhxQ6xpId”.

At 18:01 UTC on the same day, Crane addressed congressional conduct regarding financial activities and budget responsibilities. He stated, “Sign me up. Members of Congress should not be trading stocks. They should be balancing the budget.”

Crane has served as a member of Congress since 2023 after succeeding Tom O’Halleran as representative for Arizona’s 2nd district. Born in Tucson in 1980, Crane is currently 43 years old and resides in Oro Valley.
