Rep. Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted several messages on his social media account on November 11, 2025, addressing topics ranging from government shutdowns to honoring military service.
In a post made at 13:28 UTC, Crane questioned the narrative surrounding recent government funding debates by writing, “If it was a ‘Republican shutdown’ like they kept insisting…how do you explain this? Why do they lie so much?”.
A few minutes later, at 13:31 UTC, he shared another message featuring only an American flag emoji and a link: ” https://t.co/Ap46ZYh2h8″.
Later that day at 15:11 UTC, Crane acknowledged the upcoming milestone in U.S. history and expressed gratitude to those who have served in the armed forces. He wrote, “As we approach the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding, remember those who have allowed it to endure for so long. To all who have fought for us and who are still fighting — thank you for your service. https://t.co/BH2K2SqFOd”.
Crane succeeded Tom O’Halleran as representative of Arizona’s 2nd district in 2023. Born in Tucson in 1980 and currently residing in Oro Valley, Crane has served his constituency through multiple legislative sessions.
