Rep. Eli Crane, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted several statements on his social media account between October 5 and October 6, 2025.

On October 5, Crane posted a brief message referencing his district: “#AZ02 https://t.co/9PNJrVGocg”. Later that day, he shared another succinct post: ” https://t.co/D2vJR3HMke”.

The following day, on October 6, Crane addressed recent political developments regarding the federal government shutdown and healthcare policy. He wrote: “Did democrats really shut down the federal government so they could tell us all how big of a failure Obamacare has been? Wild strategy. If only we could pinpoint who passed Obamacare.”

Crane succeeded Tom O’Halleran in representing Arizona’s 2nd congressional district in 2023. Born in Tucson in 1980, he currently resides in Oro Valley.
