Rep. Eli Crane, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted a series of tweets on December 11, 2025, addressing legislative efforts and government oversight.

In one post, Crane announced his involvement in new bipartisan legislation: “Proud to co-introduce the bipartisan Wildfire Aerial Response Safety Act of 2025. This bill would help Congress develop policies to prevent unauthorized drone activity from interfering with suppression efforts.” (December 11, 2025).

Later the same day, Crane criticized Democratic policy initiatives and referenced an incident under Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s administration: “Democrats are obsessed with installing policies that streamline this kind of waste, fraud, and abuse. The latest case, overseen by @GovTimWalz.” (December 11, 2025).

A third tweet from Crane simply stated: “” (December 11, 2025).

Crane was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1980 and currently resides in Oro Valley. He succeeded Tom O’Halleran as the representative for Arizona’s 2nd district after the 2022 election cycle.
