Rep. Eli Crane, who represents Arizona’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on January 21, 2026, addressing legislative achievements and raising questions about past political controversies.

In his first post on January 21, Crane stated: “Three of my bills have passed on the House floor this Congress. You supported each of them. We fixed the border that you helped break. Oversight conducted by @HomelandGOP helped in that effort. Congresswoman McIver has been charged for assaulting law enforcement officers.”

Later that day, Crane commented on high-profile criminal cases involving public figures: “Democrats ignored Jeffrey Epstein for four years while they controlled Washington. Now they claim to care about the victims yet downplay Epstein’s ties to the Clintons. Shouldn’t we investigate someone who frequently hosted Epstein at the White House and traveled on his jet?” This post was published at 18:52 UTC.

A third statement followed in which he noted his participation in a recent vote: “I voted YES.” This message was posted at 20:35 UTC.

Eli Crane began serving as a member of Congress for Arizona’s 2nd district after replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. Born in Tucson, Arizona in 1980, Crane currently resides in Oro Valley.
