Rep. Eli Crane, who represents Arizona’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of updates on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, including information about federal hiring opportunities and commentary on civic responsibility.

On December 16, 2025, Crane announced an employment opportunity with the U.S. Forest Service: “ICYMI – The Southwestern Region of @forestservice is hiring seasonal firefighters and fire support personnel. Crane has served as Arizona’s representative in Congress since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. He was born in Tucson in 1980 and currently resides in Oro Valley.
