Rep. Eli Crane, who represents Arizona’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of posts on September 10, 2025, expressing his views on recent legislative actions and public controversies.

In a post made at 2:24 a.m. UTC, Crane stated: “Today, ‘leadership’ killed my amendment to the NDAA, which would end intelligence sharing to the Taliban. Meanwhile, they kept in hundreds of millions of dollars to prolong the war in Ukraine.”

Later that day at 12:51 p.m. UTC, he commented on another matter involving Daniel Penny: “This avoidable tragedy further highlights the heroism of Daniel Penny. You’ll recall that radical democrats tried to lock him up. Everything is backwards in their warped world.”

At 1:17 p.m. UTC, Crane posted a brief statement criticizing political opponents: “A simple truth. Yet radical democrats choose to do the opposite.”

Eli Crane has served as the representative for Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023 after succeeding Tom O’Halleran. He was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1980 and currently resides in Oro Valley.
