Rep. Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district, posted a series of messages on his official X account on February 25, 2026, commenting on political reactions during the State of the Union address.

In his first post at 02:24 UTC, Crane wrote: “Democrats refuse to clap for cheap gas, a secure border, and lower inflation. #SOTU https://t.co/93ZHDXsswS”. Later that evening at 02:41 UTC, he posted an American flag emoji accompanied by a link: ” https://t.co/xn1OwOtfxn”. At 02:53 UTC, Crane added another message stating: “This is a very good thing. https://t.co/22saTN3lUe”.

Crane has served in Congress since 2023 after replacing Tom O’Halleran as the representative for Arizona’s 2nd district. Born in Tucson in 1980, Crane currently resides in Oro Valley.
