Rep. Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted several statements on his social media account on January 2, 2026.

In one of his early posts that day, Crane wrote: ” #AZ02 https://t.co/l244CbQDHn” (January 2, 2026). Later in the evening, he commented: “This is a big deal. https://t.co/8FjLLBOyNs” (January 2, 2026).

In another post from the same day, Crane addressed fellow lawmakers: “Sure wish my Republican colleagues would have helped my efforts to defund USAID in the 118th Congress. https://t.co/SVzWJECBFN” (January 2, 2026).

Crane has served as the representative for Arizona’s 2nd District since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. He was born in Tucson in 1980 and currently resides in Oro Valley.
