Rep. Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted a series of statements on November 9, 2025, criticizing what he describes as judicial activism and calling for congressional action.

In his first post at 15:39 UTC, Crane wrote: “We are beyond legitimate grounds for impeachment. The activist class of judges are out of control. No more excuses. Proud to be part of @RepBrandonGill’s coalition to impeach Judge Boasberg.”

Minutes later, at 15:44 UTC, he reiterated his stance with another message: “This is spot on. Activist judges are out of control. It’s up to Congress to do something about it.”

In a third post at 15:50 UTC, Crane commented on the Affordable Care Act and former Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s role in its passage: “What’s crazy is that he forgets that OBAMAcare was nothing but a “promise, wink, and prayer” written by insurance companies. We all recall his boss, Nancy Pelosi, famously saying “we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.” Well we know now. It FAILED.”

Crane succeeded Tom O’Halleran as the representative for Arizona’s 2nd district in 2023 and currently resides in Oro Valley after being born in Tucson in 1980.
