Rep. Eli Crane, U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted a series of messages on his Twitter account on February 3, 2026, addressing concerns about Sharia Law in Europe and expressing support for law enforcement in Arizona.

In one post published at 21:51 UTC, Crane wrote, “While many European nations have surrendered to proponents of Sharia Law, America should take a stand.

If we fail to act, we risk eroding our freedoms to appease those who refuse to assimilate.

Later that evening at 22:50 UTC, Crane highlighted his meeting with the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police. He stated, “This morning, I had the chance to meet with the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police.

On behalf of all Arizonans, we are grateful for the courage, sacrifice, and bravery of our law enforcement officers.

Thank you for your tireless work in keeping our communities safe.”
