Rep. Eli Crane, who represents Arizona’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently used his social media platform to address a range of issues relevant to his constituents and federal policy.

On December 10, 2025, Crane thanked two commentators for their attention to criticism directed at federal agents. He wrote, “Thank you to @ArtDelCuetoAZ and @ericbolling for highlighting the Democrats’ disgraceful rhetoric against our brave federal agents on @RealAmVoice. They are obsessed with gaining political power and couldn’t care less about who gets harmed in the process.”

Later that day, Crane highlighted legislative developments impacting education funding in his district. In a post dated December 10, 2025, he stated, “The reauthorization of the Secure Rural Schools program guarantees vital support for schools in #AZ02. This positive outcome delivers much-needed stability and funding. I look forward to the President signing it into law:”

In another update on December 10, 2025, Crane described a meeting with state officials regarding forest management and insurance rates. He wrote, “This morning, I had a chance to sit down with Arizona State Forester Tom Torres and his team. We discussed the importance of passing the Fix our Forests Act, as well as ongoing efforts to address out of control home insurance rates throughout rural Arizona.”

Crane has served as the U.S. Representative for Arizona’s 2nd District since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. Born in Tucson in 1980 and currently residing in Oro Valley, Crane has focused his congressional work on issues pertinent to rural Arizona communities.
