Rep. Eli Crane, who represents Arizona’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of posts on September 18, 2025, addressing local tragedies and political issues.

In his first message of the day, Crane offered condolences to those affected by recent losses within the emergency services community: “We continue to pray for the families of Brenna Kulikowski and Damon Thompson as well as the entire Timber Mesa Fire and Medical District community. We are all forever grateful for their dedication and service to their fellow Arizonans.” (September 18, 2025).

Later that evening, he acknowledged an encounter with President Nygren by posting: “Always great to see you, President Nygren.” (September 18, 2025).

Addressing national politics in a subsequent tweet, Crane commented on party dynamics and public discourse: “The Democrat Party has been completely overtaken by unhinged activists. Great job by @RepDonaldsPress for refuting this disgusting rhetoric.” (September 18, 2025).

Crane has served in Congress since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. Born in Tucson in 1980 and currently residing in Oro Valley at age 43, Crane is known for engaging with both state-level figures such as President Nygren and national debates within his social media presence.
