Pinal County Development Services announced on Apr. 10 that it is revising its Title 3 Subdivision Ordinance and held a public meeting to gather input from stakeholders for the drafting process.
The revision of the ordinance aims to improve how land is divided, set requirements for infrastructure and street improvements, and clarify financial obligations for developers. The county says this effort is intended to better serve residents and customers by ensuring that future developments meet updated standards.
According to Pinal County Development Services, “This meeting is to gather input from stakeholders to help develop a draft which will be presented to the public at a future public meeting.” Residents are encouraged to learn more about the ordinance or provide feedback through the county’s website.
