Motorists traveling on Interstate 10 through the Wild Horse Pass Corridor should expect overnight lane restrictions during the week of January 25-31, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).
Westbound I-10 will be limited to one lane between south of SR 387 and Dirk Lay Road, covering mileposts 187 to 180. This restriction will be in place nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., starting Sunday, January 25, through Wednesday, January 28. The purpose is for earth work.
Additional westbound restrictions will occur between SR 387 and Gas Line Road (mileposts 182-177) from 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, to 5 a.m. Thursday, January 29, and again from 8 p.m. Thursday, January 29, to 5 a.m. Friday, January 30.
Eastbound I-10 will also be reduced to one lane at the Gila River Bridge (milepost 173) each night from Sunday through Friday for paving and barrier installation. These eastbound closures run from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Westbound I-10 at the Gila River Bridge (mileposts 174-173) will have an additional single-lane closure from Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning for barrier installation.
