McLeod Health has been named among the top 10 best employers headquartered in South Carolina by Forbes magazine. The recognition comes as part of Forbes’ annual ranking of America’s Best Employers by State for 2025.

In South Carolina, McLeod Health was ranked within the top 35 employers overall—a group that also included organizations such as Sonoco, University of South Carolina, and Clemson University. Among those headquartered in the state, McLeod Health placed in the top 10.
