The Leadership Florence Class of 2026 began their program with a two-day retreat that included both educational and team-building activities.

On the first day, Gina Trimarco Klauder from Pivot10 Results led a session focused on leadership principles and strategies. The evening concluded with a dinner and a poolside reception for participants.

The second day featured team building exercises at WonderWorks in Myrtle Beach. These activities are part of the broader Leadership Florence initiative, which is a nine-month program intended to develop leadership skills among participants from the Pee Dee Area. The program aims to increase knowledge about the region and encourage greater community involvement.

Leadership Florence provides opportunities for participants to learn more about local issues while improving their own abilities as leaders.
