The City of Florence has started a Housing Needs Assessment in partnership with Bowen National Research. The goal is to better understand housing conditions, challenges, and opportunities in Florence.
Bowen National Research is gathering input from residents, commuters, community leaders, and organizations through a survey. This research will look at issues like housing availability, affordability, quality, and demand. The findings are expected to help shape future policies and development strategies for housing in the city.
Florence businesses are also being asked to participate by completing the HNA survey regardless of their size.
