U.S. Representative Eli Crane, who serves Arizona’s 2nd district, shared updates on his recent activities and political views in a series of tweets posted on February 24, 2026.
In one post, Crane announced his upcoming appearance to discuss national security issues: “Looking forward to joining @dbongino tomorrow morning to recap the State of the Union and discuss the growing threats posed by drones. Tune in at 9:30 ET on https://t.co/LQTXi3vEHh. https://t.co/7UbEl5Iu1k” (posted February 24, 2026).
Earlier that day, he highlighted his involvement with local organizations focused on environmental management: “Earlier today, I joined a lunch and briefing on forest restoration in Northern Arizona. Thanks to The Nature Conservancy, Coconino County, the Southwest Loggers Association, and Suarez Forestry LLC. We’ve got to keep the momentum going with 4FRI. #AZ02 https://t.co/NgsRA3uiPg” (posted February 24, 2026).
Crane also criticized Democratic lawmakers regarding Department of Homeland Security funding votes: “Democrats think the American people are stupid and rely on the corporate media to push their propaganda. Today, they blamed the Trump administration for the DHS shutdown, despite the fact that all of them voted against funding @DHSgov. See for yourself: https://t.co/TLAR7zGmiq” (posted February 24, 2026).
Eli Crane has represented Arizona’s 2nd District in Congress since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. Born in Tucson in 1980, Crane is currently a resident of Oro Valley.
