Rep. Eli Crane, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona’s 2nd district, recently shared a series of posts on his official X account addressing topics ranging from congratulatory remarks to criticism of Democratic immigration policies.
On January 20, 2026, Crane posted a brief message: “Congratulations! https://t.co/x8JFV2fbki”. Shortly after, he followed up with another post that included the hashtag for his congressional district: “#AZ02 https://t.co/4ln2Dn6Toz”.
The following day, on January 21, 2026, Crane published a more pointed commentary regarding immigration and criminal justice policy. He wrote: “It really is awful.
But democrats will fight tooth and nail for the rights of criminals that illegally entered our country. https://t.co/ACWQ4ufSXy“.
Crane has represented Arizona’s 2nd District in Congress since 2023 after succeeding Tom O’Halleran. Born in Tucson in 1980, Crane currently resides in Oro Valley and has been active in legislative discussions surrounding border security and related issues.
