Central Arizona College partners with Pinnacle Southwest Compliance for expanded workforce safety training

Central Arizona College (CAC) has entered into a partnership with Pinnacle Southwest Compliance, LLC to enhance workplace safety and compliance training for individuals and employers in Pinal County. The collaboration will see CAC’s Community & Continuing Education division offering a range of classes developed with Pinnacle Southwest Compliance. These courses will address occupational safety regulations, compliance standards, and practical workplace safety procedures.

EmmaLea Bittner of Central Arizona College stated, “Partnering with Pinnacle Southwest Compliance strengthens our capacity to deliver high-quality, relevant training that meets the real-world safety needs of employers across Pinal County. This collaboration aligns directly with our commitment to workforce development and community safety.” Annmarie Bodell from Pinnacle Southwest Compliance added, “We are excited to join forces with Central Arizona College to bring accessible, professional-grade safety and compliance training to local businesses and individuals. Together, we aim to raise the standard of workplace safety in the region.”

The new program aims to provide standardized and compliant safety training for workers in manufacturing, service, and industrial sectors. It is also intended to help companies meet regulatory requirements as more businesses move into or expand within Pinal County. The initiative supports CAC’s ongoing mission of economic development through continuing education.

Pinnacle Southwest Compliance is led by Annmarie Bodell, who brings over 30 years of experience in workplace safety training and regulatory compliance. The company works with educational institutions and employers to implement effective safety protocols.
