Casa Grande is preparing for two upcoming Halloween-themed events: the Halloween Harvest Festival and the House-O-Ween Tour. Both events are organized by the city to engage residents, local businesses, and organizations in seasonal activities.

The Halloween Harvest Festival will take place on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Paul Mason Sports Complex inside Ed Hooper Park, located at 2525 N. Pinal Avenue. Local businesses or organizations interested in hosting game booths must register by Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The event will also feature a Haunted Hayride from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with volunteer opportunities available.

As part of the festival, Scare-Y-Grande invites community members and organizations to create scarecrows for display during the event. Attendees can vote for their favorite scarecrow entry. Registration for Scare-Y-Grande opened on September 15 and closes on October 11, with setup taking place during the festival day.

The House-O-Ween Tour allows participating homes and businesses to be included on a special tour map and compete in categories such as Spookiest Home, Pumpkin Perfection, Too Cute to Spook, Creepin’ It Corporate, Staff Favorite, and People’s Choice. Registration runs from September 22 through October 11 at 5:00 p.m., with sign pick-up scheduled for October 13–15 at the Community Recreation Center.

Viewing and voting for House-O-Ween entries will be open from October 16 through October 31. Winners will be announced on November 7 and prizes delivered at a City Council meeting on November 17.

These events aim to bring together Casa Grande residents for festive activities while offering recognition to creative participants within the community.
