Shane and Lauren Gebhards, owners of Boltmax, joined employees and Chamber Ambassadors to mark the company’s membership in the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Boltmax supplies industrial fasteners and maintenance products to manufacturers, contractors, and maintenance teams across the Southeast and United States. The company was founded in 1999 and operates from a 15,000-square-foot warehouse in Florence. The new owners say they will continue the company’s reputation for reliability and service as they guide it into future growth.

Under Shane and Lauren Gebhards’ leadership, Boltmax plans to modernize its operations by expanding inventory and introducing technology-driven solutions such as vendor-managed inventory programs. They also aim to maintain the relationship-based customer service that has been central to Boltmax since its founding.

“Boltmax is proud to celebrate a new chapter in its 25-year history. Originally founded in 1999, Boltmax has built a reputation for reliability, expertise, and exceptional service — values that new owners are committed to carrying forward as they lead the company into its next era of growth,” said the company.

The event marks Boltmax’s formal integration into the local business community through its membership with the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce.
