Assurant has been included on the Forbes list of the World’s Best Employers for 2025, marking the first time the company has received this recognition. The list, created in partnership with Statista, is based on a survey of more than 300,000 employees across 50 countries. Employees evaluated their employers on factors such as workplace culture, reputation, and their willingness to recommend their company. Out of thousands of organizations worldwide, only 900 companies were selected, including just 23 from Assurant’s industry.
